Since 1997, Joyce Falcone The Italian Concierge, Inc. has specialized in custom travel arrangements and has provided consulting for individuals, small groups ,and the  travel industry with unique itineraries in Italy.  The Italian Concierge offers,  small group tours during the months of May, June and  September and October (other times  of year, by special  request.)  We are an IATA agency, and are insured by Zurich.

Joyce Falcone-The Italian Concierge specializes in custom itineraries and unique travel experiences for the luxury market exclusively in Italy for individuals, groups, and for travel agencies. Our reputation is based on excellent service and knowledgeable advice concerning Italy which is reflected by professional and prompt service from the moment of the first contact.

Ms Joyce Falcone, is the owner of The Italian Concierge, and has been selected  by  Conde` Nast Traveler magazine editors in 2008 & 2009,  as a specialist in Italy,  subcategory -"Walking". In 2009, Travel and Leisure magazine has also named Ms Falcone to their prestigious "A-List" of agents who are specialized in Italy.

ASSOCIATION WITH FAI-FONDO PER AMBIENTE ITALIANA

as of January 1, 2010 The Italian Concierge will be collecting a Eu 35 per person departure fee as a donation from all clients visiting Italy.  This fee will be donated to FAI-Fondazione per Ambiente Italiana-The Italian National Trust, to assist with the preservation of Italy's monuments.
